I had an encounter with the Bedford Fire Dept and overall, it was an average experience. The firefighters responded to the emergency in a timely manner, but there were a few aspects that could have been better. The service lacked attention to detail and the communication could have been clearer. Although the situation was resolved, I hope they take feedback constructively to improve their service.
