I had a terrible experience at a nail salon on Broadway. The staff was unfriendly and didn't care about my preferences. The quality of the manicure was poor, and the nail polish started chipping within a few days. I was extremely disappointed with the service and will not be returning. Fortunately, I know I can count on Pinkys Nails for a great nail salon experience.
