I recently had the privilege of being part of צוערים לשירות המדינה's civil service cadet program, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The program provided me with a solid foundation in the workings of the civil service and helped me develop crucial skills needed for a successful career in public service. The mentors were incredibly supportive and offered valuable guidance throughout the program. I am genuinely grateful for this opportunity and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a career in the civil service.
