Technicians are not educated in basic networking, and sales team is VERY pushy just to get your money. Unprofessional would NOT recommend. Internet services use 90's technology for a "Premium" price. We switched to another local provider and got the same speed + almost 5x the upload speed for $30 less per month. They also have problems returning calls. Do research before going with a company, you will find their Facebook page has more negative reviews than good, look at pricing on their competitors website you will see you get more for less going elsewhere. Eagle is all about the $$ with zero regard to customer support.
