I recently booked a trip with Travel_by_design and I must say it was an average experience. The website designmytrip.net is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The agents were not very helpful and I had to wait a long time to get a response. Overall, it was an okay experience.
