We worked with Robert Bradshaw under Tom and Cindy to sell our condo, and it was a fantastic experience. Robert had extensive knowledge of our neighborhood and what the condos around us had as far as upgrades. He was well connected to contractors. Robert was honest with us about what we could expect, what he would do to help our place sell, and what we needed to do to prepare for a showing. After eight days on the market we had multiple offers to choose from. Robert kept us in the loop throughout the process, and he always made sure we knew about any issues as soon as he heard about them. I would definitely work with Robert again! Also, the perks of using Tom and Cindy, like access to their moving truck for free, helped make our transition smoother.
