We were expecting our accommodations to be a little higher end due to the price point but they were far from that. When we checked in there was no information given about the property, no map, no general rundown of where everything was located. The pet policy that was listed on the website was not the same as the print out in the cottages which made it extremely confusing. The bathroom in the cottage was full of hair, the bath tub had black mold right around the tub, and there was lots of water damage that was old and not taken care of. The grounds around the hotel and cottages was not well maintained, seemed pretty run down. The gold course itself was beautiful with great views of the lake. The restaurant served mostly store bought items for a high price point, we asked what local beers they had available and there was only two kinds from one brewery. Wifi was only available inside the main hotel, it was not available at any of the cottages and one night when the hotel was full the wifi stopped working and was told it was due to the amount of people using it. The walking trail was not maintained at all, could only walk 5 minutes before having to turn around due to tree falls that were not cleared.
