Driver of truck #446 almost rear ended me at on SR...

Driver of truck #446 almost rear ended me at on SR 46. Either he wasn't paying attention or he was in such a hurry and didn't realize the light was red. Looks like he was in a rush since he followed me onto I-4 West and he was EXTREMELY close to my car on the on ramp up until I actually got onto the expressway. He was tailgating so badly. (I was driving above speed limit, so no reason to tailgate!) I would say reckless driver for sure. I changed lanes so I could see his truck number. It said #446 but picture is blurry due to his excessive speeding. May want to retrain this guy on how to operate the vehicle safely.
