Proving that you are a bunch of unprofessional crooks, hiding behind the facade of a customer care centre with just two ladies. If you are a genuine company request you to do something about this. Collecting payments months in advance, doing delivery months post school started, not a single uniform of mentioned size and quality, charging more than double the price, zero accountability, no process in place for exchange and alteration, and zero transparency. Not a single point of escalation. All directors hiding behind the customer care center. Understand the pain u are providing! I'm definitely not going with you next year, and would also try my best to warn all parents and schools to stay mile from you frauds! This was the second year ans definitely the lastwith you, a huge thumbs down! You are out of business in a year or two !
