I signed up for self-defense classes at Wingate Institute a few months ago, and it has been a fantastic experience. The instructors are patient, supportive, and very knowledgeable. The techniques taught are practical and effective, and I feel much more confident in my ability to protect myself. The training environment is welcoming and inclusive, and I look forward to every class. Highly recommended!
