I have been a customer of Lorac Himmel, LLC for a few years now and I must say their service is average. The company has been quite reliable when it comes to the quality of their products. However, there have been a few instances where I had to deal with their customer support and I found it to be a bit lacking. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
