I had a less than satisfactory experience with VS. While their website vsa.com.cn was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, their customer service was subpar. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their solutions were not very helpful. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
