I had a room rented for one night on January 2 2018. It was a surprise for my grandchildren.I waited until the day before we were to go to tell them. They were so excited. They wanted to see the room and Waterpark . I got online went to the web site to show them and found out to my surprise the pool was closed. I could not believe it because no one from Splash Universe had notified me by phone or email. Was very disappointed at the lack of compassion they showed me when I called to confirm the pool being closed. Thanks Splash Universe for nothing.
