I have been a customer of Kestrel Associates, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are simply average. While they are not the worst company to work with, they are also not the best. There have been a few instances where their lack of attention to detail has caused delays in our projects. However, their pricing is reasonable and their customer support team is always responsive.
