I had a pest control company come out to address a cockroach problem in my kitchen, and they did an average job. While the technician was polite and arrived on time, I expected a more thorough treatment. The infestation seemed to persist despite their efforts. I had to contact them again for another treatment. While the issue is now resolved, I was left somewhat disappointed by the initial service.
