I had a mixed experience with FRAMER JOHNS. While the quality of their work was good, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive my order and there were some communication issues along the way. However, once I finally received my framed piece, I was happy with the end result. It's just a shame that the overall experience wasn't as smooth as I had hoped.
