I have had both positive and negative experiences with Digitype Australasia Pty Ltd. On one hand, their work is of great quality and they always deliver on time. On the other hand, their customer service can be improved. There have been instances where I had difficulties reaching out to them and getting prompt responses. Overall, I have had a satisfactory experience with them.
