Anyone looking for a entertaining hotel this is not it. Nothing in walking distance and bar isn t open on the weekends. Pulled my blankets down on my bed and about to get in. A strong smell of urine was coming from the bed. They obviously never changed the bedding from the previous person. I slept on the couch that night and in the morning I had front desk staff come down and confirm and she about threw up. Had to get another room.
I requested refund for that night and still haven t heard anything back. I have a platinum elite status and stayed 945 nights with Marriott and have never complained once. So if anyone thinks I m overreacting, I m not.
