I had an average experience with San Rafael Pacifics. The customer service was adequate, but the overall quality of their products and services left much to be desired. I found their website to be outdated and difficult to navigate. The prices were also quite high compared to other similar companies. I was not impressed with my purchase and do not plan on shopping with them again.
