Thank you for this oversight of "THE INSTITUTES". It gives me a new insight into THE INSRTITUTES itself. I never thought it being a CAMPUS but just a plain old building were I would bought my studies materials, took courses and quizzes via online. Now, I have much more appreciation for my Insurance Designation as an AIC-M. What I am trying to relate is that, I live in the State of New York and never traveled to THE INSTITUTES but did all my businesses via the companies' phoneline (customer services) and the companies' online website. Kudos to their (Customer Services)! They were very helpful and efficient at resolving my complaints. I never had any problems with them.
