As a real estate professional, I work with buyers and sellers all of the time. This bank was the MOST difficult bank I have EVER worked with. The lender had over 3 months to complete the necessary paperwork and still weren't ready to close on time. The loan officer never returned calls, had his processor instead return the calls. My clients got a good rate with them, but even after the transaction was concluded, they agreed that it wasn't worth the hassle and delays.
