I had a very average experience with Eclipx Group....

I had a very average experience with Eclipx Group. The customer service was subpar and I felt like my concerns were not being addressed. The website was also not user-friendly, making it difficult for me to find the information I needed. Overall, I was not impressed with my interactions with this company.
