Wasn't told when going in that there was works on that would disrupt our visit. It was chaotic and people trying to go two different ways. In and out the cinema the same way. No 3D glasses at the cinema which was confusing when the audio said to wear them. If we had been warned of the disruption we would have certainly been better prepared but until we mentioned it at the end, they said we should have got an explanation at the start and a free return ticket. Neither did We get. The actual exhibits were good, although it was only really a 2 hours trip rather than a full day out. Would have given more stars if communicated about the works and disruption upon entry.
