I had a mixed experience with Ocean Management Systems INC. Overall, I would rate their service as average. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the quality of their products was not up to par. The diving equipment I purchased had some issues and required frequent repairs. It was quite frustrating. However, their customer support team was always responsive and tried their best to assist me. I appreciate their effort, but I expected better quality products. Hopefully, they can work on improving that.
