I had a pretty average experience with Becker good...

I had a pretty average experience with Becker goodey. Their website was easy to navigate and the selection of products was decent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
