As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Public Defenders Services of Lane County, Inc. The staff was helpful and professional, but I felt like my case was not given enough attention. The lawyers seemed busy and overwhelmed, and it took longer than expected to resolve my legal matter. Overall, I had a decent experience with this organization.
