I recently purchased some construction materials from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of items to choose from. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other suppliers in the market. The customer service was satisfactory, with the representatives being responsive to my queries and providing accurate information. The delivery was on time, but the packaging of the products could have been better to prevent any damage during transit. The quality of the materials was decent, but not exceptional. In terms of payment options, they offered a variety of choices, which was convenient. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They met my needs, but there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and product packaging.
