I had an overall average experience with First Wave Entertainment. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the content to be lacking. I expected more variety in their shows and movies. The streaming quality was also not up to par with other platforms. However, their customer service was great and they were prompt in resolving any issues I had. I hope they can improve their content library and streaming quality in the future.
