I recently booked a tour with this company through their website. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about the different tour packages they offer. The booking process was simple and I received a confirmation email promptly. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting information about the sights we visited, but I felt that the pace of the tour was rushed. Additionally, some of the attractions mentioned in the itinerary were not included in the actual tour, which was disappointing. The transportation provided was comfortable, but the driver seemed disinterested and did not engage with the group. Overall, while the company's website and booking process were satisfactory, the actual tour experience and execution could have been better.
