I am a loyal customer of Wicker And Son INC and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is decent but not outstanding. I have been purchasing from them for a while now, and while I haven't had any major issues, there have been a few times where I received damaged items. Their customer service is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
