I had a mixed experience with Artnsmart.com. While the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, I was disappointed with the customer service. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected for them to resolve my issue. The quality of the products, however, was good. Overall, it was an average experience.
