I recently used Scout intelligence inc. and I must say, it was a bit disappointing. The service was average, nothing extraordinary. The website was fine, although it could use some improvements in terms of user experience. The customer support was okay, but I had to wait longer than expected to get my questions answered. Overall, it was just an average experience.
