I recently used their services to upgrade our office network and data storage systems. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, completing the job on time. However, the communication regarding the timeline and cost estimate could have been clearer. The website provided helpful information, but I found it a bit difficult to navigate. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in the transparency of communication and user-friendliness of the website. I hope they continue to enhance their customer experience. 😊
