I recently used a home services company for a plumbing issue and was not entirely impressed with the experience. The technician who came to my home was friendly and professional, but the overall service did not meet my expectations. The issue was resolved, but it took longer than I had hoped, and I encountered some communication problems along the way. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other quotes I received. While I appreciated the technician's efforts, I feel that there are areas where the company could improve to provide a smoother and more efficient service. Overall, my experience was average, and I may consider looking into other options for future home service needs.
