I recently used the services of this company for a mortgage and was moderately satisfied with the experience. The website was easy to navigate and I found some helpful resources there. However, when I reached out to their customer service, the response time was a bit slower than I expected. The loan process itself was smooth, but the communication could have been better. Overall, I would say that my experience was average. There were some positive aspects, but I also encountered some areas that could be improved upon.
