I have been a customer of this insurance company for a couple of years now and I must say that I am very impressed. Their policies are affordable and they provide excellent customer service. I have had a few claims in the past and each time they handled them efficiently and fairly. I especially appreciate the fact that they don't inundate their customers with unnecessary emails or phone calls. Overall, I would rate Hortica insurance & employee benefits as great.
