I recently utilized the services of Community Futures Howe Sound, and while the experience wasn't extraordinary, it was satisfactory. The resources provided on their website were helpful, but I found the interface slightly outdated and in need of improvement. Additionally, the communication with the staff was adequate, however, it could have been more proactive. I appreciated the support and guidance offered, but there is certainly room for enhancement in terms of responsiveness. Overall, my interaction with the company was average, and I believe with some adjustments, they could significantly elevate their customer experience.
