I've had mixed experiences with Urbane Cyclist Co-op. While the staff has been helpful at times, there have been instances where I felt ignored or dismissed. The selection of bikes and accessories is decent, but not as extensive as other shops. The prices are reasonable, but the quality can be hit or miss. Overall, a mixed bag.
