I worked here for almost a year before pursuing other job opportunities. The company has alot of potential, but they need to work on quality of product, make more product to order rather than stock, work on communication between departments and customer requirements, perform more extensive background checks on potential employees to verify that they are in fact qualified for positions they're being hired for, and become more structured.
