I recently had the opportunity to work with a freight forwarding company for my shipping needs. I found their services to be average overall. While they were able to handle my shipment in a timely manner, I wasn't overly impressed with their customer service. The staff was friendly enough, but I felt that they could have been more helpful and attentive. I would consider using their services again in the future, but I would also explore other options.
