I recently bought some items from an online store. The products were of good quality and the delivery was prompt. However, I was not completely satisfied with the customer service. The support team was not very helpful and took a long time to respond to my queries. It would be great if they could improve their customer service. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this store for their quality products.
