In this day and age I don't get why people would pay relators 2.5% to sell their home when you've got Minmaxx charging 1% and offering the same or better services then some of the other guys. Thats what attracted us to the brokerage but we were overwhelmed by Omer's professionalism and experience. We never expected to get a top notch agent at a discount rate. He ended up selling our home in what seemed like a few hours for 13k over asking - which turned out to be a record - highest price a townhome sold for in Milton. Then was able to find us a new home in about a week and negotiated a lower price saving us close to 35k. Omer is incredibly accessable - working with us on our schedule and booking viewings at a moments notice. He's a great guy!
