EDIT: as of 06/01/2020 the website has been updated to ensure that whoever is logged in will stay in the system until they log out! This is fantastic compared to the previous situation, although It takes a bit longer to login, because now there is a waiting line before you can enter your log-in data, but it's worth it to be guaranteed a spot.

On 05/05/2020 they changed the website so that only an x amount of people can be on it at once, but they didn't make it so that once you're logged in you get to stay in. Every step of they way you have to pray that you wont be kicked out, but that's inevitable at this point. They made it impossible to file online, and the people on the phone said that if you print out the paperwork, fill it out & mail it in, that we should expect to wait 4 weeks before we are informed if our application is rejected or not. This is gross and unacceptable
