I went there with my sister and a friend for the afternoon tea service. My sister has been here multiple times already and spoke very high of it so i decided to visit. My review is entirely about their lounge experience and not over night stay. Long story short, overall it was not bad. The decor and service in the lounge was great. The waiters were very attentive.
However, I needed to take one star out because of the treatment we received at the front. Our friend who I went with is disabled and has very difficult time standing too long. Though the front staff kept him standing and made us wait over 10min without offering place to sit or anything just because we arrived 10min early to the reservation. I did mention about his leg though the front staff didn t seem to care. so my advice to fellow visitors, go there just on time or be late especially if you are with people who need extra care.
