I recently purchased some wooden furniture from Scottish native woods and I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. On one hand, the quality of the furniture is undeniably good. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in every piece. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the customer service was not very responsive. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my order. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
