I made two orders, one to Austria, was returned automatically without me even receiving it. and they cannot provide a sound reason.

The other to Singapore, I received, tried on, and needed to return. the procedure is the most complicated I've seen: you need to enter BY TYPING "product description", "code", "price", "quantity", etc. Really, grocery shopping here is easier to report a problem of your items.
