I re-edit my review here.

The support team just replied. The reason: It s a high season for them, so they were overwhelmed with emails. The support team was nice and friendly. The process of refund was quick and I did not have to do anything else other than sending them an email.

I d suggest them to have auto-reply to let whoever send them an email to notify them that it s a high season and the sender should expect a delay in reply.

My previous review
The support team never check email. I mistakenly reserved a wrong date and sent them an email to ask if it s possible to refund. No one answered.

It s okay to answer me no refund . I can understand. It s my mistake. But at least answer me.
