Staff were friendly and professional. We had a meeting for 2 days in the downstairs meetings rooms by the pool. The lady who was looking after our refreshment needs was absolutely outstanding. She remembered how we liked our tea/coffee etc!! I would also like to commend your tomato soup from room service. SUPERB! And finally upon check out, I met Cory Ann Wright who was a breath of sparkly, happy energy and such a delight to speak with. Well done Shang Sing! You sure could teach Sydney Shang and thing or 2.
