I have been to aplenty hotels across Asia and Europe but I must tell you...Shangri-La has always been and will be one of the top...the way Aris Azhar Director Of Rooms for SLHS attend to you is exceptional no matter how occupied he is...right to the in house dining service Farida...she spent the time to ensure guest feels right at home...assistant director for housekeeping responded was marvellous...even the Doorman/Bellman Hashim was so much of a help...good to be home...what a day to start...and proud that I have stayed in SLHS...Much appreciation for all that has involved during my 8 days stay at SLHS
