I had the pleasure of trying some of the beers from this brewery and I must say, they are top-notch. The flavors are fantastic and the quality is outstanding. I particularly enjoyed their pale ale - it had a nice balance of hops and malt, and the finish was clean and crisp. I also appreciate the fact that they use local ingredients in their brewing process. It gives their beers a unique and authentic taste.
